Can you see Meron eating at a sushi Orlando fast food? You bet ;)

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of One Dynamic Marketing Solution. All opinions are 100% mine.

How long since I last had sushi? Uhm– two months minimum, I’m afraid. That’s quite discomforting if you think that Selenia and I used to frequent sushi bars and japanese restaurants at least once every two weeks until June.

Who knew I would get so busy after my Leadership mandate ended?

That’s life, I guess. But worry not– Selenia and I have a new sushi dinner in our family plan for October! ;) I can hardly wait– and the picture below just speaks my mind.

Now, if only I had Japan Express at car reach…

What’s Japan Express??

You know I use the Web quite often to find new restaurants to try out, either in my country or abroad (because – who knows? – I may be able to afford a trip someday!).

Japan Express , an Orlando, US based restaurant, caught my attention for the simplicity of the approach and the dedication its owner, David, takes to present Sushi and Hibachi to people who love Japanese food– fresh food and ingredients, NOT imported frozen food.

I also found it cute that David visits the local Farmers Market every morning to serve to customers fresh vegetables every day. :) Not every restaurant owner will go that far for his clients’ sake! That warms my heart, seriously.

Only this fact — that David cares so much about his customers — should make Japan Express the best Sushi Orlando (or Sushi Winter Park, since this is the greater Orlando area) place for Japanese food lovers.

It was a nice surprise to see that the restaurant got 4 stars on Yelp and 90% of Likes on Urbanspoon– good reviews and high ratings give a pleasant first impression to naturally cautious people like me, so I was glad to find out the Japan Express’ food and their staff’s manners were well-appreciated by other customers.

I rarely eat Hibachi-style food, as I prefer ordinary sushi and maki, but Japan Express looks like a good Hibachi Orlando place to eat it at.

Just load the website, hit “Menu” and click the “Hibachi” tab after “Sushi”– you’ll find a huge number of Hibachi-style food you can order and eat at the restaurant or as a takeaway (min. $50).

The Hibachi bowls sound quite yummy, honestly. ;P

If you don’t know what Hibachi is, that’s a Japanese cylindrical, roundish bowl that’s designed to endure to high temperatures and keeps the food hot inside.

Just the thought of it sounds good as Fall approaches, doesn’t it?

There isn’t much more I can say, other than— check out David’s website and, if you live in the greater Orlando and Winter Park area, give it a try. No review can tell you what your senses can only tell— how food tastes and how pleasant the whole experience will be for you.

Also, the Yelp reviews from customers who tried the food will give you more insight on which dishes you may want to try first. :) For example:

Finally, a nice extra service David’s Sushi Orlando restaurant offers is catering services— if you fancy Japanese-themed wedding party or even a birthday or a business reunion, this might be a good choice. In such case, the restaurant recommends that you arrive half an hour earlier so everything is set for the yums when your party begins.

Reader’s Questions! :)

Do you live in the greater Orlando and Winter Park area? Have you tried Japan Express already? If you did, do you think it would make a nice eating place for Japanese lovers that come from abroad?

Hello kiddies! :D Welcome to the last BER month of the year! Yay! x3 I can’t wait for Christmas to come, hehe. Now that I’m done with Christmas presents, I think I’ll start planning something for the future ;) I was just talking to my buddy Reyner Allen, and he told me he’s going to California next year :D Wow! He’s so lucky! He’s going to see Mission Viejo with Kerri and her mom, and they’re going to a wonderful Japanese restaurant too, one that looks so yummy and it’s called Yama Sushi On The Lake :P Mmmmh… look!

Yummy, isn’t it? :9 Hehe, it’s all good sushi there at the Orange County mmmh… Well, of course, Japanese food comes in all sauces and recipes, but I personally LOVE sushi the best, and I told Reyner to eat some for me too :P Aaaah… I so wish I could go to California with them!!! I hope they’ll show me some photos of them and the food from the Japanese Restaurant when they come back ;D Hehe, see ya all very soon, kiddies ^^ I’m off to sleep now.
