Robocity can’t close its heart
January 26, 2010 Filed Under: Daily Life, Job, Robocity Leaders, Updates 252 words
I’m amazed at the big number of robots who recently became Robocity citizens! :) This must be the greatest record in all our town’s history, and I’m really happy that the other two Leaders agreed when I proposed to re-open the immigration process! Now poor and scrapped robots can find a refuge in Robocity again, just like our beloved Founder had wanted in the first place.
What would Robocity ever be without its open heart to the ones in need? This town was born for that purpose, and thus closing the doors to immigrants would be killing it at its very heart. No, Robocity just CAN’T close. Never.
Actually, I hope more Robocitans are going to join in the next months. Yes, I do hope that, because only more citizens can make this city grow up and mature at its own core. AND we welcome human beings too! They would need other permissions too, but you see, human beings are not kicked out of here: our Leader Shotfire, for instance, has a human girlfriend and a human adopted son, and they’re sweet people to cohabit with. I really have nothing against humans, and I hope others in Robocity think alike too.
Anyway, I’m off to sleep now. Tomorrow I got to go out and buy a few chevy accessories for a friend, so I need to wake up early.
See ya.
I might get another domain soon

My nap didn’t last too long. My family bugged me again, gah! =_= I’m awake once again, but I feel slightly better, and that’s the one good thing about this (too) short nap. Heh.
Now I’m spending time reading web hosting news on WebHostingGeeks.com. They’re interesting, and anyway I was thinking already about getting another webhosting sooner or later. Blue Host? InMotion? Or a cheap reseller? Well, something. I want another web hosting account because I don’t want to keep taking advantage of my friends’ kindness and availablity in giving me free space on their accounts. It wouldn’t be fair. I want to return somehow. :)
So you see, I might be the one hosting others sometime! :D And I got another big news:
I haven’t put up the hosting page yet, but you can apply already by sending me an email to megatron95@gmail.com ^_^ I would give you: 40MB of free space, loads of bandwidth, a free email forwarder yourname@eileenson.org, FTP account and a subdomain yourname.eileenson.org. Is that enough? :P Hehe, I guess it is.
Right now, my hostees are my brothers Cyclonus and Galvatron, but it’ll be nice to have someone who’s not part of the family too. :) I hope many of you will apply, and I’ll let you know when I buy the new domain too! That’ll be after my birthday though, I tell you: I need the money first, eheh. :P I’m short on money lately, and I really need to save up again for many things, including this project.
Anyway, uhm… sorry about not blog hopping lately. As you might have read in my previous post written today, I’ve had a crazy week, and an even more crazier one is coming soon. x_x A Leader’s life is not easy, especially when you’re a young kid! But oh well, I can say I’m a grown-up already at least. ;) It makes you feel more important, ahah.
Tiredness and other things

Okay, now I have officially managed to take a day off my job. Gosh, I’m so tired =_= I may just faint right on my desk and keyboard right now. I’m so freakin tired. This week has been crazy between daily work, classes and assignments, and I’ve always ended up in bed after midnight or 1AM on some days. I’m drinking too much coffee lately to keep awake and work, but I can no longer stand these rythms. ._. I need a vacation… *sigh*
Anyway, I’m considering that I should probably sell used books from the past school years. They’re piling up on my shelves, eating up precious room for other books and other things, and since I don’t even read them anymore, they’d better switch homes and be of use to someone else. So if you’re from Robocity and you need the books, just catch me at my apartment or at work, or send me an email. If I don’t get to sell them here in town, I might just try to sell them on sellbackyourbook.com: THEY pay the shipping, so I wouldn’t be spending a cent. AND I would get cash frheom it (on PayPal). Hehe. :) The site looks simple to use too, so college students wouldn’t find it difficult to sell their old books through it. These services are a life-saver, really.
Anything else? Oh yeah, I’ve finally watched Avatar. :D That movie rocks! I would love to meet a Naa’vi alien someday in an alternative universe, ahah! They’re so cute, and they kind of remind me of Andorians, like my friend Thesh of the Prime family. :) I think their beliefs and religion are deeply touching too, and it would be lovely if they really existed, because I’d love to talk to them about that stuff.
Oh well, I’m day dreaming too much now. Off to take a short nap before watching a DVD.
Sayonara!
